Investors will need to transfer funds to their Portuguese bank account to purchase the property and pay associated costs plus fees for the Golden visa application.
Post purchase of the property, the application will be submitted to the immigration authorities and on successfully acceptance on the main applicant, family reunification will be applied for by the lawyers.
